I bought some equipment from this company and the machine has stopped working, I have tried ringing them and no one is answering the phone, i have also sent e-mails and heard nothing. Any one else having problems with this company, please let me know.

I bought some equipment for home use from Shadez (ebay BIG mistake), went faulty. Like you couldn't get through, tried phone email etc. I checked this company history, must have gone bust as they have 6 or 7 County Court Judgements against them, you can check this online (small fee you have to pay) www.trustonline.org.uk/search-others/ . It doesn't look good and no chance I'll get sorted with them. I got in touch with spraytansupermarket. They were very helpful, unfortunately couldn't do anything with my rubbish machine from Shadez but I bought a T200 from spraytansupermarket and very pleased I now have 12 months warranty and can get in touch with them quickly.
