I bought some equipment for home use from Shadez (ebay BIG mistake), went faulty. Couldn't get through, tried phone email etc. I checked this company history, must have gone bust as they have 6 or 7 County Court Judgements against them, you can check this online www.trustonline.org.uk/search-others/ . It doesn't look good and no chance I'll get sorted with them. I got in touch with spraytansupermarket. They were very helpful, unfortunately couldn't do anything with my rubbish machine from Shadez but I bought a T200 from spraytansupermarket and very pleased I now have 12 months warranty and can get in touch with them quickly.
